Yes, Kaleidos is 100% cruelty-free. The vast majority of our products are also vegan; please check the specific product pages for detailed ingredient lists.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

What should I do if my palette arrives damaged?
